- We are proud to announce the addition of a new communication tool for requesting Help from the SENMC ICT Department. A new shared/Monitored email account has been set up for all faculty and staff to use to report IT related issues to the campus ICT Department. Now in addition to submitting a SchoolDude request, initiating a Bomgar session, and/or calling the ICT Help Desk at X1448 you may now send an email to Help@SENMC.edu and report those issues by email. Please include your name, contact information, a detailed description of the issue you are reporting and whether you wish for us to follow up with you when your issue is addressed.
